Leadership Coaching

Advancing Your Personal Mastery, Professional Development and Racial Equity Goals

Over the past couple of weeks, you should have received an invitation to Level II: Expanding Your Leadership Presence – Practicing the Fundamentals, which is an advanced leadership development offering for ABFE members. Throughout the year, Level II participants will develop individual leadership plans and practice implementing them in a safe and structured peer learning environment.

Working with the ABFE Leadership Coaching Team, participants enhance their leadership profile through:
Curated reading assignments;

  • Racial equity framing exercises designed to sharpen communications skills, relieve workplace anxiety, and build confidence;
  • Instructor-guided discussions covering a variety of leadership topics; and
  • Review of different resources that form the foundation for becoming an effective self-advocate and leader.

The first monthly session, Orientation and Overview, was held on
Thursday, June 25th from 1:00pm – 2:30pm EST.

Participant Fee: $500 special introductory rate for first 10 registrants! ($750 regular price)

The Process:

  • Six monthly 90-minute leadership development calls facilitated by ABFE coaches and invited guests from partner networks & coach training schools;
  • Ongoing correspondence, including updates, video presentations and other leadership resources; and
  • Individual interaction with ABFE Coaches and racial equity trainers.

Our commitment is to provide you with priority consideration for the first membership-wide cohort of ABFE learning leaders.
