Wend is a collective of wayfinders exploring pathways towards a better world. A world with more trust, more vibrancy, and more justice; accomplished by healthier relationships with ourselves, each other, communities, the natural world, and spirit. Through inquiry and expertise, we’re invested in a 10-year pro-democracy campaign called Civic (Re)Solve to build diverse and enduring civic capacity in communities throughout the United States. Our strategy is built on three priority program areas, including Empowering Voters, Expanding Representation and Elevating Dialogue.
The Elevating Dialogue portfolio focuses on the role of information in supporting a thriving civic culture that empowers voter engagement and centers participation, particularly for marginalized communities of color. A vital American democracy depends on access to accurate information, delivered by trusted messengers in creative ways. This portfolio currently includes support for initiatives that scale innovative information systems to inspire civic engagement, grow and expand the reach of trusted messengers, and explore models of online communities that promote healthy dialogue.

Civic (Re)Solve, an initiative of the Wend Collective, is seeking an experienced professional with an enthusiasm for strengthening American democracy to join our small team as the program manager for one of our three priorities, Elevating Dialogue. This position is a full-time, remote, salaried position.
As a Program Manager for Civic (Re)Solve at Wend, you will help lead and strengthen our work to build durable and lasting solutions to support a multi-racial, thriving democracy. This position will work closely with the Program Team to design and oversee grantmaking and project management for one of our core strategies, and forge and maintain deep and trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
