Leverage the Trust California Spring Retreat 2023
LTT-CA convened 43 Black trustees for its first in-person gathering in Manhattan Beach, March 23-25. The LTT-CA Spring Retreat featured sessions on engaging trustees to leverage their positions for lasting impact, building relationships within the network, and committing to Black community empowerment. Highlights included the state of Black Led Organization’s (BLOs) and Black Funds, reparations, and growing the pipeline of Black leadership in philanthropy, with actionable commitments made by trustees to further these goals.
