Earning her Bachelor’s in Communications at Howard University, Brooke’s communications advocacy portfolio encompasses executing high-impact initiatives with creative consciousness, cultural awareness, and social responsibility all geared towards Black liberation. Baker’s work has advanced the movement to end police brutality, gun violence while working to promote body positivity, reproductive, racial and social justice through different mediums of artistic expression and communication management. 

She has been responsible for effectively driving marketing communications strategies; from conceptualization and planning stages, through to implementation and performance analysis for a plethora of advocacy organizations, non-profits, and entities, including the Black Mamas Matter Alliance, Youth Over Guns, New York Justice League and more. Throughout her professional career, she has successfully planned and executed a variety of marketing campaigns and events, including the Black Maternal Health Conference and national campaign for two consecutive years in a row.
