Philanthropic Advising Services & Programs
Administrative Associate for Programs

Sheryl Wesley joined ABFE as the Administrative Associate for Programs. In this role, she provides critical, high-level administrative support.

Finding a home at ABFE is the amalgamation of Sheryl’s true definition of intention and walking in life’s purpose.  She has an extensive history in creative spaces, including the entertainment industry, fashion, advertising, and event planning.

This zest for life led Sheryl to become the brainchild behind HBCU Brand Partners, LLC which leads out the charge for Legacy Week on The Vineyard (aka HBCU Week on Martha’s Vineyard) to highlight the Legacy of all HBCUs. This highly anticipated annual event is the place for attendees to relax, recharge and reconnect while acknowledging alumni and supporters of HBCUs.

Through these efforts Sheryl has founded I Am Historically Black, an apparel line geared toward the African American lifestyle on the Vineyard and the significance of HBCUs. She is also the Managing Partner of Experience MVY Magazine, a digital platform that holds an ever-expanding team of community members, writers, and contributors of Vineyard life.

Sheryl received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Howard University in Communications with an emphasis in Radio/Television/ Film and a minor in Child Education.
