As the primary coordinator for ABFE's diverse range of events, Aundrea manages all aspects of logistics for both virtual and in-person gatherings, including the annual "Harambee: Let’s All Pull Together" conference and other specialized retreats and summits. Her responsibilities extend to overseeing contract negotiations, coordinating with event production teams, and ensuring seamless execution of conference logistics, while also supporting program content development and technology needs for webinars and workshops aligned with ABFE’s strategic goals.

Aundrea Dailey is an experienced hospitality and event management professional, now serving as the Conference & Convening Manager at ABFE. With a background enriched by a Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management and over a decade managing diverse hospitality outlets, Aundrea brings adept logistical skills honed through her role as a logistics manager at Garces Events, a venture associated with James Beard award-winning chef Jose Garces. 

Aundrea’s passion for fostering inclusive spaces aligns seamlessly with ABFE’s mission. By infusing her expertise and warm hospitality into her role, she aims to contribute to the organization’s success and the well-being of its members.
